“If It Survives and Thrives, We’ll Keep It!.”<\/h2>\n

As I work on creating our WoodStone Rock Garden this year, I’m having a lot of fun playing around with color and a variety of texture combinations to add interest to the rock garden.<\/p>\n

I also love to add interest in the rock garden using weathered half whiskey barrels and other old, wooden planters.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\n

<\/a><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator style=”double”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\n

Another favorite is outdoor or farm antiques.\u00a0 I recently added the old, rusty milk can below and planted it with petunias \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Everything is an experiment this year… some things and\/or ideas are working out and others aren’t.\u00a0 The fun is in the process and the “finding out” if it works!<\/p>\n

And, we’ve decided to adopt one rule for the plants and flowers that we grow here:<\/p>\n

“If it survives and thrives, we’ll plant more of it.\u00a0 If it doesn’t, we’ll focus on other plants that do!”<\/em><\/p>\n
